Use this tool to turn a chosen framing layout into a purchase-ready structural takeoff. It checks joist supported span and post spacing against common prescriptive limits, then rolls the framing members into a bill of materials.

For attached decks this excludes the ledger. Freestanding decks should normally use at least 2 beam lines.
